Westar Distribution LLC operates westarauto.com, the direct-to-consumer storefront for genuine Westar Auto Parts. Our wholesale and distributor relationships are managed through westarparts.com. References to "Westar", "we", or "us" in this policy refer to Westar Distribution LLC.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Trade or fleet customers approved for invoicing must remit payment according to their contract terms.
Payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant partners (Stripe, PayPal, or Shop Pay). Westar Distribution LLC does not store full card numbers on our servers.
At the time of checkout we obtain a pre-authorization from your bank to confirm funds are available. Your card is captured only when items ship. PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay may complete payment immediately depending on their platform rules.
Orders containing multiple items may be split across more than one shipment. Your payment method is charged only for the portion of goods shipped.
The billing name, address, and ZIP/postal code provided at checkout must match the information on file with your card issuer. Orders failing address verification (AVS) or card security code checks are automatically rejected for your protection.
We may request additional verification (such as a government-issued ID or confirmation email) when the billing and shipping addresses differ or when an order exceeds $750.
Westar Distribution screens every order for fraud indicators. We reserve the right to hold or cancel any transaction that appears unauthorized, high-risk, or inconsistent with our Terms & Conditions.
If your order is flagged, our support team will contact you within one business day. Orders that cannot be validated within three business days are cancelled and the authorization is released.
All prices on westarauto.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout in jurisdictions where Westar Distribution LLC is required to collect and remit tax.
We strive for pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing discrepancy is identified after checkout, you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Approved warranty replacements, return credits, or goodwill adjustments are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is non-transferable and will expire if unused after 24 months.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
If a payment method used at checkout has expired or been closed, we may issue store credit or a mailed check after verifying account ownership.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may delay resolution. We work directly with card issuers to address disputes in accordance with network rules.
